Paulo Henrique Vieira Davila is a Portfolio Manager in Vinci Compass’s Global Investment Solutions group, based in New York. He is responsible for manager selection, due diligence, and portfolio construction across hedge funds, private markets, and traditional investment strategies.
Prior to joining Vinci Compass, Paulo was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Itaú USA Asset Management, where he helped oversee more than $9 billion across commingled funds and segregated accounts. Earlier in his career, he worked in Itaú Unibanco’s international fund selection and risk teams and as a Risk Analyst at Mauá Capital.
Paulo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
