Douglas is a Senior Equity Analyst for Nomura Asset Management International’s Global Listed Infrastructure Team, covering transportation and communication infrastructure across Europe, North America, and Brazil. He joined Nomura in 2025 through the Macquarie Asset Management acquisition, where he previously worked since 2015. Douglas holds an MBA from Cambridge and BA in Economics from Bowdoin College.
