Phillip is Director of the Ninety One Investment Institute, where he leads the development of the firm’s investment research and thought leadership. He also serves as co-portfolio manager for the Global Strategic Managed and Global Managed Strategies and is a member of the Multi-Asset Growth and Fixed Income teams.
Before taking on his current role, Phillip was Head of Multi-Asset Growth and co-head of managed strategies, while also leading the firm’s macro-focused research initiatives. He has more than four decades of investment experience, having started his career in 1981 and joined the business that became Ninety One in 2000.
